How does S-GNSS® Auto work?
S-GNSS® Auto is a software upgrade for existing GNSS receivers that operates in the measurement domain. Powered by our patented Supercorrelation™ technology, it mitigates the degradation in accuracy caused by signal reflections and attenuation.
Boosting line-of-sight signals
By improving receiver sensitivity, S-GNSS optimises the performance of concealed antennas and maintains accurate tracking under foliage.
Attenuating non-line-of-sight signals
By identifying and eliminating inaccurate signals, S-GNSS mitigates the effects of multipath interference, and helps to protect against spoofing attacks.
Where does the software sit?
S-GNSS® Auto works from inside the chip. Delivered as a firmware upgrade to the GNSS receiver, it enhances the accuracy of the GNSS measurements and delivers them to the navigation engine (both internal or external).
