What to expect in the application process

We believe interviewing works both ways – a chance for you to find out about FocalPoint and the role, and for us to find out about you and your skills and experience. Our recruitment process is transparent and relaxed. We look forward to speaking with you.

01. Submission

If you are interested in one of our advertised roles or want to send a speculative application, please send us an up-to-date CV with an optional covering letter.

02. Review

Our People Team will initially review your application and assess your skill, knowledge and experience. From here, we liaise with the relevant line manager to discuss next steps.

03. Interview

We like to keep our processes fairly simple and informal. Some interviews are task-based, others are conversational.

04. Feedback or offer

If you are offered a role with FocalPoint - awesome! If not, we will always ensure to provide you with constructive feedback.
