Our story so far
Founded in 2015, with headquarters in the UK and a subsidiary in the USA, our company has quickly gained recognition for its groundbreaking work in navigation and positioning, having earned multiple accolades, from the ION and IOP.
Driven by a commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, we continue to build a diverse, talented global team, dedicated to shaping the future of navigation.
Today, FocalPoint’s IP portfolio expands to over 198 patents across more than 48 families.

Jeff Grygier, CPA
CFO
Jeff is a seasoned financial leader with 30 years of experience in corporate strategy, capital raising and M&A. He has led high-growth companies and successfully exited Global Locate to Broadcom and Omnipoint to T-Mobile USA.
Steve Mole
VP Engineering
Steve has over 20 years experience in GNSS and inertial development. He's previously worked for Broadcom and Intel, focusing mainly in the smartphone industry.
